Cellist and composer Dalai Cellai, also known from her collaboration with The Ocean Collective, Sólstafir and Dirty Granny Tales, presents her new audiovisual composition “Harem’s Conspiracy – An Oriental Elegy”.

Dalai composes with vivid visual elements. The piece is written based to an imaginary story, where the harem’s concubines plot to murder their Sultan. Yet it’s not an act of raw violence, but a powerful ritual full of despair, rage, passion and longing.
